The Family Book Publishing Package is based on the following:
1. Your manuscript should be supplied to us in electronic form, such as a Microsoft Word file, that has been thoroughly proofread for typos and mistakes. We can take your words and typeset them into book form.
Handwritten or typed pages cannot be accepted.
2. Books should be between 15,000 to 30,000 words – approximately 50 to 100 pages. Longer books are subject to a quotation.
3. We take no responsibility for spelling and grammar errors in the book files you send us. However, we can offer a proof reading and correction services for an additional £50.
4. Photographs can be included in the book and can be supplied as hard copies or digital files. We then need to scan or optimise each one for printing for which there is an additional cost of £10 per photo.
5. Family Books are not for retail and are only designed to be circulated within family and friends. Our full terms of business can be found on our main website, www.filamentpublishing.com .
Packages start from £249 inc VAT and include 5 copies. Additional copies of your Family Book cost from £5 each, depending on the number of pages.
